• Gently guide candidates and clients through the complete recruitment lifecycle, from initial connection to post-placement support.

• Thoughtfully identify and connect with potential candidates, building a diverse talent pool aligned with various roles.

• Nurture strong, collaborative relationships with clients, understanding their needs to ensure successful matches.

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, fostering empathetic collaboration for shared outcomes.

• Contribute to effective HR management practices and business administration tasks, ensuring smooth operations.

What you'll need

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, supporting candidates and clients with care (0-4 years).

• Demonstrated ability to connect with and identify suitable talent, contributing to diverse candidate pools.

• A caring approach to client relationship management, understanding and responding to their unique requirements.

• Capability to foster positive collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective international engagement.

• Familiarity with HR management principles and general business administration processes.

• A Bachelor's (BBA) or Master's (MBA) degree, reflecting a foundation for continuous learning and professional growth.
