What you'll do

• Apply paint and decorative finishes to interior and exterior surfaces

• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

• Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, and priming

• Mix and match colours accurately to meet specifications

• Support continuous improvement initiatives

• Maintain a clean and organised work area

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience as a Painter & Decorator

• Certificate III in Painting and Decorating or equivalent qualification

• Strong practical skills in various painting techniques

• Excellent attention to detail and colour matching ability

• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of Australian workplace safety standards

• Experience with surface preparation and finishing techniques
