Job Description

• Diagnose windscreen repair needs and resolve customer complaints/warranty claims.

• Cut, process, store, and handle flat laminated glass to industry standards.

• Apply auto glazing product knowledge and adhere to safety protocols.

• Operate and maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles.

• Manage customer payments and participate in team meetings.

• Communicate clearly with customers to capture instructions and provide updates.

Essential Criteria

• Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in auto glazing/window fitting.

• Certificate III in Auto Glazing or equivalent qualification.

• Valid Australian driver’s licence with a clean record.

Must provide:

• Current CV demonstrating relevant experience.

• Trade certificates, valid ID (passport/birth certificate), and proof of employment.

Desirable

• Experience with advanced glazing techniques or eco-friendly practices.

• Familiarity with digital job management systems.
