What you'll do

• Install and finish various flooring materials following specifications and standards

• Collaborate with team members to complete flooring projects efficiently

• Prepare surfaces and subfloors for installation

• Measure and cut flooring materials with precision and accuracy

• Apply sealants and finishes to protect flooring surfaces

• Support continuous improvement initiatives

• Maintain compliance with safety standards and procedures

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience as a Floor Finisher

• Certificate III in Flooring Technology or equivalent qualification

• Strong practical skills in flooring techniques and materials

• Excellent attention to detail and measurement accuracy

• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of Australian workplace safety standards

• Physical ability to work on knees and lift heavy materials
